Why Peacemaking?
According to Ken Sande; “Conflict is a difference of opinion or purpose that frustrated someone’s goals or desires”.
Conflict is everywhere and it reaches into every facet of our home, work, and yes, even churches. This Level 1 Peacemaking training, Resolving Everyday Conflict, helps you and your church grow in your understanding of God’s peace and to respond to conflict with grace and obedience. We want to help you foster a culture that reflects unity in Christ.
The Bible is filled with principles that are applicable to every kind of conflict. These truths provide a powerful and effective way for your church to bring a Christ-centered response to any type of dispute, including those among leaders, family members, businesses, and congregational members.
The Alliance Peacemaking Training one-day seminar will help you and your church leadership become acquainted with the biblical model of conflict resolution and terminology. This seminar is interactive and allows participants to apply each of the key principles using case studies showing you ways to resolve conflict in a God-honoring way.
This is open to everyone; however, we encourage all those in church leadership to attend.

Alliance Peacemaking, Conflict Coaching (Level 2)
If you are a Christian Leader in any capacity, you are already coaching. This two-day live seminar equips you to coach better from a biblical standpoint to help other people see and resolve their conflicts from a Godly perspective. Certified conflict coaches become valuable resources for their churches in many capacities. This training has the pre-requsite of completion on Level 1 training and is the prequel to the Level 3 training to become a trainer yourself.
