REGIONAL MISSION
Trevor Skalberg is the District Superintendent of Alliance New England since August, 2022. Trevor has been in Pastoral Ministry with the Alliance for over 20 years and now as the DS oversees all aspects of Pastoral and Church Ministry in the district. His main focus is keeping our pastors and churches healthy so that God’s Kingdom is advanced all throughout New England.
GLOBAL MOBILIZATION & CHURCH ADVANCEMENT
Andy Geffers has been with ANE for almost 10 years. Andy work with churches to help them engage in Alliance Missions and in developing partnerships with our international workers. He also comes along side churches that are moving toward becoming accredited with the C&MA or any church that is looking to advance their ministry forward.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT & PLACEMENT
Shelley Moulton has been with ANE for 13 years, and works with church leadership in all aspects of pastoral search, recruitment and placement. She works to develop, implement and oversees leadership development pathways for licensed workers and lay leaders. She also assists the District Superintendent with consulting, training and coaching for local church development.
CHURCH PLANTING
Gary Smith has been serving as the Church Planting Director with Alliance New England since August of 2023. Gary has served in various roles in church planting since 1998. His main focus is investing in our churches to help them to multiply, to lead and develop ANE’s Planter Pathway, and to assist Alliance New England in reaching its goal of 100 churches by 2033.
MANAGEMENT & ACCOUNTING
Sue Johnson - Office Manager
Sue Johnson has been with ANE for over 20 years and oversees all the functions of the office. Sue coordinates conferences and events, assists Andy Geffers with missions pieces such as setting up tours/travel and connecting with IW’s and do the administrative pieces for Licensing, Coordination and Consecration.
Linda McNeil - Accounts Manager
Linda McNeil has been with ANE for 11 years. She maintains the district’s financial records and prepares financial reports. She also works to fulfill local, state, federal and C&MA financial compliance requirements and provide assistance to pastors, church treasurers and church staff members regarding financial matters.
