Supplies & Meals

All seminar/training supplies will be provided. Supper meal will be provided on Thursday and Friday right after training day.

Please include me in the supper meal.

I do not need to be included in the supper meal.

Participants are encouraged to ask their church to support gas or lodging expenses. Scholarships are available for those needing assistance with gas and/or lodging.

I would like to apply for a scholarship to help defray the cost of gas/lodging.
