Registration for our 2019 Annual Gathering is now open and available through the district website. We look forward to meeting with all of our district representatives, licensed workers, and their spouses and families this spring for the annual event.
Each year, we plan a district conference to bring all our church leaders together. It is a time we worship, share, and make plans for the coming year. We are excited for this year’s gathering and look forward to seeing all of you!

Cost: $165 per person
Spouses attending may join in the Monday night dinner for an additional $30. (Registration total is $195)
- Official Worker-All ANE licensed workers
- Lay Delegate-Any individual being sent as a voting representative from their church (Lay Delegate Forms are available by contacting the district office)
- Guest-Anyone who like to come as a non-voting attendee.
Monday, April 1:
- 4:00 – 5:00 pm: Registration and Check-In
- 5:15 pm: Dinner and Service Begins
- 5:15 – 8:30 pm: Children’s Pizza & Pajama Party
Tuesday, April 2:
- Lunch, break snacks and materials included
Wednesday, April 3:
- 12:30 pm: Conclusion of Events
NOT INCLUDED: Dinner Tuesday night and hotel accommodations. (Breakfast is included at our preferred hotels.)
We have negotiated discounted rates at certain hotels in the Conway area. Click here for links and rates. All discounts are only valid through February 28, 2019.
We are offering two additional options for attendees coming to this year’s event. On Monday night, we will host a Pizza & Pajama party for the kids accompanying their parents. The event is FREE, but please pre-register each child ages 3-10 that will attend.
Spouses who will come along but not participate in the entire conference, may join in the dinner on Monday night for a cost of $30.
