Dear Friends,

I hope you are well and that the signs of Spring are beginning to show where you are!  We are a little more than two weeks from our annual district gathering which will be hosted by Journey Church in Conway, NH.  Journey has a great story of “turn around” and renewed vibrancy as a local church.  A few years ago they were a small and fragile congregation and today they are a group of more than 200 in weekly worship and enjoying a new church home. We’re grateful to Trevor & Holly Skalberg for having us.  By now you’ve received the registration link so be sure you’ve got your lodging and conference registration taken care of as the deadline is fast approaching.

I also wanted to let you know that this year’s gathering has been arranged as much more of a retreat.  Spiritual leaders need to interrupt the routine of ministry in order to reflect on their inside life.  We want to afford you space to do just that.  We have invited Steve & Marilyn Elliott as our speakers and ministers during this time.  Steve is the recently retired pastor of First Alliance Church of Lexington, KY and Marilyn is the former Vice President of Community Formation at Asbury Theological Seminary.  They have a wide array of ministry experience in areas of soul care, leadership mentoring and turning around churches in decline.  I am confident they will be used of God in profound ways during their time with us.

This year’s gathering also includes a night of worship & prayer on Tuesday evening.  Our time of communion & anointing will take place during this evening session.  Please plan to be present!

If we can help in any way do not hesitate to contact us.  We look forward to seeing you in NH!

Gratefully,

Tom
