Bethel, ME


Bethel Alliance Church is located on the edge of the White Mountain National Forest in Western Maine. The area abounds in outdoor recreational activities and also caters to those interested in the arts. We are looking for someone to embrace and build a discipling culture among the middle and high school youth. Ideally, the candidate will also have worship experience and would be able to lead a Sunday worship team blending traditional hymns and contemporary worship music. This is a full-time position.

Bethel is a rural community, but the church is conveniently located across from the middle and high school. Church attendance is around 110, with an average weekly Youth Group attendance of 15-20 students.

Brewster, MA


Cape Cod Bible Alliance Church (CCBAC) on beautiful Cape Cod in Massachusetts, is seeking a Next Generation Pastor to provide spiritual leadership and development for our disciplemaking ministries to children, youth and young adults.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Leading a year round ministry for middle school and high school students, helping to build them into genuine, life-long disciples of Christ. This includes developing and equipping adult volunteers for youth ministry, coordinating and teaching at youth ministry gatherings, and pursuing personal discipling relationships with youth.

• Overseeing the children’s ministry, which includes working with Children’s & Nursery Coordinators, recruiting and equipping adult volunteers, and improving or developing ministries as needed.

• Developing and coordinating a ministry to young adults. Candidates should demonstrate a clear call to ministry, a love for the body of Christ and a Christ-centered spirituality.

We are seeking a candidate with ministry experience, who can articulate a vision/philosophy for making disciples and has a gifting for leading and equipping others. CCBAC is a part of the Christian & Missionary Alliance (C&MA), and as such, this position requires a BA/BS or more in a ministry-related major and the ability to meet licensing requirements of the C&MA.

Cape Cod Bible Alliance Church is located in Brewster, Massachusetts on the bay side of beautiful Cape Cod. A picturesque, New England coastal town, Brewster is home to 8 beaches and multiple recreational areas, wonderful schools and historic treasures. CCBAC is a church of 250 with a regional draw. In 2016 they began holding services in their beautiful, newly constructed facility that was built following an arson fire that destroyed their previous building. Today, it is a multi-generational body that is blessed with a unity that is centered on the Gospel and its impact on each member.

Lee, ME


North Woods Community Church, located in north-eastern Maine, is seeking a part-time Pastor to provide spiritual and pastoral leadership to the congregation. We are seeking a pastoral leader who can lead an incarnational ministry to be established in Lee and surrounding communities, and who can build the body of believers spiritually and in numbers as new people are reached with the gospel.

Lee Maine is a small town of about 900, located just 12 miles east of Lincoln and 60 miles north of the city of Bangor, Maine. The epitome of small-town America, Lee is a close-knit community set in a beautiful forested area prime for a variety of outdoor pursuits and recreation in all seasons. Lee is also home of the Lee Academy, a private day and boarding school that attracts international students, many from China. The Academy is located just down the street from the church.

The mission of North Woods Alliance Church is to present Jesus in word and deed to all people and to make disciples by investing in others. We strive to grow in our relationship with Jesus and to love each other as Christ did.

This position is a bi-vocational role; other employment and source of income will be required. Candidates already licensed or ordained with the C&MA are preferred; but all candidates must be able to meet licensing and ordination requirements with the C&MA.

Connecticut & Vermont


Alliance New England, part of the Christian & Missionary Alliance, is seeking church planters for new churches to be started throughout New England. These new churches will be launched out of groups of existing churches in the region, who are combining their efforts to train and mentor planters and leaders and to provide ongoing spiritual, financial and people support for the new plant. Prior to launch, the planter will serve on the ministry staff of an established church (a “Greenhouse” Church) for up to 24 months of preparation and training, being immersed in the life and leadership of the local church, and being given opportunity to lead existing ministries and prepare a core group for the launch of the church plant.

The Greenhouse church will provide housing, health insurance and a part-time salary; other part-time employment outside of the church is purposely required.

Candidates should have a strong calling for church planting, a passion for reaching the unchurched, and a deep desire to be part of a multiplying church planting movement. Current opportunities are with a church in Madison, Connecticut with a plant targeted for Middletown, Connecticut, and with a church in Rutland, Vermont with a plant target in Middlebury, VT. A bachelor’s degree in Bible, Pastoral Ministry or other ministry-related field is required. Previous vocational experience as a pastor is preferred. Candidates already licensed with the C&MA are preferred; but all candidates must be able to meet licensing and ordination requirements with the C&MA.
