Journey Church, a vibrant and growing church of 250 located in beautiful Conway, NH, is seeking a Senior Pastor to lead and shepherd the congregation. Journey has a strong trajectory of building and growth! About 12 years ago, after many years of decline, we were faced with the decision to close or to re-plant. We chose the latter, and began the hard work of changing our culture and focusing Christ’s mission under a new Pastor. The church began to grow, and within a few years our facility was no longer able to hold us. We purchased property and began work on a beautiful new facility, which we moved into in 2017! Since then, the church has continued to grow and thrive, both within the body and in our impact on the community. We have a deep commitment to live our lives in and outside of the church as authentic followers of Jesus. We’re not perfect, but we are relentlessly pursuing a Holy God who is full of grace and mercy for those who will come to Him. We desire to show the world around us that Jesus is real, He is serious about lives, and He is seeking a relationship with anyone who will put their trust in Him alone.

Conway, New Hampshire is a beautiful, four-season vacation destination in the White Mountains and the major commercial and tourism center for this region, drawing people to the mountains for skiing, hiking, climbing and all types of outdoor activities. For residents, it retains its small-town feel (year-round population is about 10,000) and yet has the amenities of a suburban center, with a bustling restaurant and retail scene, good schools, services and recreation for families.

Our next Senior Pastor will be a solid bible teacher and preacher; a high capacity leader who can focus on multiple ministry and leadership fronts at once; one who is able to build staff and leaders, and equip the people for ministry in the church and in the community.

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Bible, Theology, Pastoral Ministry or other ministry-related field and 3-5 years’ pastoral experience in a mid-size church. Candidates already licensed with the Christian & Missionary Alliance (C&MA) are preferred; but all candidates must be willing and able to meet licensing and ordination requirements with the C&MA.

New Life Christian Church, located in Hudson, New Hampshire is seeking a Senior Pastor to provide spiritual and pastoral leadership to the congregation as they seek to obey the Great Commandment and the Great Commission– to love God, love people, and make growing disciples of Jesus Christ. We desire a Spirit-filled teacher and shepherd, who leads collaboratively and seeks to develop and coach church members for ministry. The Senior Pastor will preach and teach the Word of God, be a leader and example in prayer and inspire evangelism and missions efforts in the congregation.

NLCC is a church of about 100 that has a robust history of reaching souls for Christ not only locally, but also regionally through church planting and globally through mission’s partnerships and trips around the world.

This position requires at minimum a bachelor’s degree in Bible, Theology or Ministry. Five-plus years’ experience in pastoral ministry is preferred. Candidates must be able to meet licensing and ordination requirements with the Christian & Missionary Alliance.

Hudson New Hampshire, located in southern NH along the Massachusetts border, is a lovely, family-oriented small town. It has a population of about 25,000 and neighboring city Nashua is home to about 90,000. Hudson is an outlying suburb of Boston, and some do commute the 45 miles into the city for work. It’s conveniently located just minutes away from major access corridors providing easy travel to all parts of the northeast, including about an hour’s drive to the white mountains, the lakes region or the seacoast. The town has a sparse suburban feel and offers good schools and quiet open spaces with an abundance of recreational opportunities including parks, golf courses, a skate park, and a number of sports fields and recreation areas.

Church of Emmanuel, located south of Boston in Foxboro, Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Pastor who can shepherd the spiritual health of the congregation while leading toward greater effectiveness in reaching and serving Foxboro and the greater Boston to Providence corridor with the love of Jesus. We are seeking a dynamic, engaging preacher and teacher who is able to communicate spiritual truths with ease to both the unchurched and committed Christians; a visionary and strategic leader who can develop and empower leaders; one who is committed to multiplication; and can provide spiritual leadership and care for the congregation.

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Bible, Theology, Pastoral Ministry or other ministry-related field. An MDiv is strongly preferred; an advanced degree in a ministry discipline is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum 5 years’ experience as a Senior or Teaching Pastor, or equivalent leadership or teaching experience in a growing church. Candidates already licensed with the C&MA are preferred; but all candidates must be willing and able to meet licensing and ordination requirements with the C&MA.

Church of Emmanuel is a multi-staff church with a regional draw of about 500, located in Foxboro, MA. A suburban community of about 20,000, Foxboro is located just 20 miles south of Boston. Its proximity to major highways and commuter rail service, along with its strong school system makes it a popular choice for commuting families. You may also recognize Foxboro as the home to Gillette Stadium and the New England Patriots.

Christ Community Alliance Church in Orange, VT is seeking a pastoral resident. This residency provides the opportunity to cultivate the art of pastoral ministry, gain practical experience and develop key skills while serving a healthy congregation. Through the approximately two-year experience, the resident is immersed in the life and leadership of the church, with the opportunity to lead and develop ministries and serve alongside the senior pastor and lay leaders, all while building their foundation for service to the Church. This is all conducted with great intentionality, but also in a spirit of providing time and opportunity for observation, experiences, mentorship, and candid feedback. Ministry at Christ Community could involve working with young families, youth, college & career and worship ministries. If you are gifted or experienced in these areas, you are especially encouraged to apply.

The residency is a full-time compensated position. Candidates should have a strong calling for pastoral leadership, a passion for helping churches in New England reach the unchurched, and a deep desire for mentored development.  A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Bible, Pastoral Ministry or other ministry-related field is required.  All candidates must be able to meet licensing and ordination requirements with the C&MA. At the completion of the residency, the intention is that the resident would seek and find placement in Alliance New England for further ministry.

Nestled in the beautiful Green Mountains in the central region of Vermont, Christ Community Alliance Church is a vibrant church of about 100. The church is focused on “helping ordinary people walk with our extraordinary God in everyday life” and is active in the communities around them, meeting both physical and spiritual needs while building relationships with those far from God.

Greenfield Alliance Church is a growing, vibrant church in western Massachusetts with a weekly attendance of about 175.  We are currently seeking a Worship & Youth Pastor to join our staff, someone who can lead and develop our worship team and our ministry to youth in grades 7-12.

Reporting to the Sr. Pastor, this role will plan and lead worship in all of our services, including handling team scheduling, rehearsals, song selection and arrangements, audio/visual needs, and recruiting and auditioning additional musicians, vocalists or A/V volunteers as needed.  Our youth ministry meets weekly and this position will plan and lead the weekly gatherings and other special functions or trips throughout the year. This will require connecting relationally with the youth to establish discipling relationships, leading our youth ministry volunteers, and maintaining regular communication with parents.  Lastly, this role will assist the Sr. Pastor in other areas including preaching 3+ times per year.

A Bachelor’s degree in Bible, ministry or worship is required, and experience leading worship teams in a corporate setting is highly desired. Must work well in a team environment, be able to lead and develop others with wisdom and grace, and have a desire to disciple teens. Experience with audio/visual equipment is preferred.  Greenfield Alliance Church is a part of the Christian & Missionary Alliance, as such, all candidates must be eligible for licensure with the C&MA.
